Outer Limits Tattoo and Body Piercing is located in downtown Long Beach, in the basement level of the Sovereign building, which is at 360 West Ocean, at the corner of Ocean and Chestnut, across the street from the Courthouse. Access to Outer Limits is from Chestnut Place. There is metered parking on Ocean Ave and on Seaside way, outside the Pike shopping plaza's parking garage. Bring quarters for the meter or have your parking pass validated after making a small purchase, like a soda, at the shopping center. Unfortunately, Outer Limits does not validate.
